2 HNLC cadres surrender

SHILLONG: Two senior HNLC cadres informally surrendered before the Special SP (SB-I) here on Saturday.
The duo will formally surrender before Home Minister James Sangma at police headquarters on Sunday.
Sangma had recently said militants would have to lay down their arms before any talks with the government and the statement was appreciated by HNLC.
