The All Meghalaya Assamese Association organized a felicitation programme in honour of meritorious students from the Assamese community and Everest conqueror Wansuk Myrthong on July 14 at Debkumar Memorial Hall, Bishnupur Shillong. Altogether 9 students from Meghalaya belonging to the Assamese community who secured 80% or more marks in the SSLC and HSSLC exam under various board were felicitated at the function.
